
| Work Evaluation |
The team evaluates on-the-job behaviors and physical capabilities either at the Tommy Nobis Center or in a community-based setting.The participant performs actual work on a variety of tasks to determine work stamina, vocational interests and aptitudes, ability to get along with coworkers and supervisors, and motivation to work. The program participant then meets with a counselor and the Tommy Nobis Center Program Manager. Based on the results of the work evaluation, the team recommends future services to help the participant become job ready.
