Trusts, Estates & Life Income GiftsProviding for TNC through your will or revocable trust. Making a bequest allows you to make a gift without diminishing your current assets. It also enables you to make a major gift that might not otherwise be possible. Through a bequest, you may leave a specific dollar amount or reserve all or a certain percentage of your estate after provisions for family members and other beneficiaries have been made. You may stipulate whether the bequest is for general support of the Tommy Nobis Center or for a specific purpose. A bequest may also be made in honor or memory of an individual. In addition to cash and securities, bequests to TNC may include real estate or other tangible assets. All outright bequests to the Tommy Nobis Center are exempt from federal estate taxes, and there is no limitation on the size of the gift. The Tommy Nobis Foundation is pleased to work with you and your legal advisors to meet your estate planning needs. Return to Making a Planned Gift
